Explore KRX futures on TradingView

Jan 22

Expanding TradingView data coverage, we present the most recent addition to our data from the Korea Exchange (KRX) — now you can analyze KRX futures directly on TradingView. Moreover, the newly added futures are integrated with a few helpful features to deepen your research. Let’s dive into the details.

Our old partner, the Korea Exchange (KRX) has been contributing to Korea’s economic development since 1956. It serves as a hub for companies seeking growth capital and offers diverse opportunities for investors. KRX is home to KOSPI, Korea’s benchmark stock market index, which features globally recognized corporations such as Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor, and LG Electronics. This makes the Korean market an attractive destination for traders and investors worldwide.

In its constant development, the exchange goes global to help traders worldwide access Korean markets. You’ve already had a chance to analyze KRX stocks, funds, and indices, and now you can add futures to the list. To incorporate new data into your market research, simply open the Symbol Search, type the KRX: prefix, and select the Futures tab.

The integration doesn’t end here: the futures from the Korea Exchange come together with advanced functionality, including switching between last and settlement prices and the Open Interest value to help you better assess contracts and trade more strategically. Moreover, you’ll be able to access back-adjustment of contracts in continuous futures. Here, to help you keep track of when contracts switch, we’ve also added special labels, which you can activate from the Events menu in the charts settings.

We hope this latest addition to our data will help you explore global markets more effectively. Remember, our platform reliably connects to hundreds of data feeds, with direct access to 2,019,615 instruments from all over the world — meaning, there’s always more to explore. All this makes TradingView the only point of entry you’ll ever need for everything on the world’s markets.
