Customer service is fine. But their "support" for Tradingview is sketch at best. Can't place trades with stop or take profit via TV. It's like selling someone a car and then say "oh, you wanted wheels with that?"

The customer service is excellent. Statements are detailed and easy to understand. However there are some inconsistencies with one of the instruments to trade. Specifically copper. I can always trade the full size contract, but can't trade the micro when i want to mitigate my risk. But sometimes the micro is available such as today July 3rd. Monday when I log in again chances are it won't be. Don't understand it, I've stopped trying.

Regarding the micro copper contract, availability issues are often tied to market hours and exchange conditions. You should be able to trade it consistently during regular trading hours, so if it ever appears unavailable, please reach out and we’ll look into it right away.
