Sorry to hear this. I believe you have contacted our Client Service Team yesterday regarding the issue. The integration with TradingView doesn't support stop loss order type yet, which we hope will be made available to users in the near future.

using the mobile app is too difficult and frustrating to navigate through, i can't execute trades as quick as id like because I'm having to go back and forth between too look at the chart and place an options trade ASAP.

Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate the difficulty and frustration you are experiencing.

Integration with TradingView to trade options has only become possible recently. It is on our product roadmap to roll it out sometime next year.
