Welcome to this analysis about Cardano, we are looking at the hourly timeframe perspective, the recent events, the established formational structure, and what we can expect in the upcoming times. The cryptocurrency market is changing and the divergence between certain currencies gets higher and higher, this is why there are currencies looking rather bearish while there are others in a more certain bullish constellation, these divergences are very important, and in this case, I discovered a meaningful structure Cardano is forming, therefore we are looking at all the important levels and likely determinations we should consider within the established structure and upcoming movements.
Structural Developments:
As when looking at my chart now we can watch there how Cardano has built this very interesting structure here, as it formed the breakout above the upper boundary of the first ascending-channel marked in my chart it manages to increase further from there and is now developing this second steeper ascending-channel in the structure, also important here is the fact that Cardano managed the stabilization above the 20- as well as the 50-EMA. These are very good signs and the next time it can be expected that Cardano continues with its established wave-count to the upside which will validate when Cardano bounces from the confirmational-bounce-cluster marked in my chart in blue, when this happens the next wave will likely establish.
Upcoming Determinations:
Taking all these factors into consideration Cardano is trading in a constellation where it is moving within a strong bullish pace which has the potentials to continue firstly to finish the wave-count and move into the upper-extension-level marked in red in my chart from where the situations need to be elevated again and if Cardano manages to continue bullishly or firstly forms a reversal which is not unlikely in this case. Especially Cardano is one of the more bullish coins recently nevertheless it is necessary to do not consider the whole market into one sighted direction only as this is barely the case because the certain currencies developing very different formations, it will be an interesting dynamic further.
