Nice tight 4 hour bollingers on a downtrend thats resting on a fib level. Also see bullish divergence on the MACD and RSI. Will look for break of downtrend for entry

up to you if you want to wait for a few candles closes to confirm, but I'm entering a small bit here, if I get a chance to add at the 23% fib then I will add more. This is a strong coin for 2018
