Dell is seeing some uptick here. If Semis momentum continues and NASDAQ continues the trend , we can see DELL continue to upside for the gap fill.

All targets met. We might see a bounce here but clearly not a solid long at this level. IMO, 70s might be solid long zone. We'll revisit this.
