USDCAD just turned bearish on its 1D technical outlook (RSI = 44.245, MACD = -0.003, ADX = 17.555) and is on the 3rd straight week of losses. This has come after an emphatic rejection on the R1 Zone, where the brutal selloffs of March 2020 and January 2016 started. This shapes up to be a 4 year Cycle and both times it hit the S1 Zone. Consequently targeting 'just' the 0.786 Fibonacci level (TP = 1.26000) seems like a conservative target. The sell trigger for those who want a confirmed signal will be a crossing of the 1M RSI under its MA.
