Multi Timeframe RSI Buy Sell Strategy [TradeDots]The "Multi Timeframe RSI Buy/Sell Strategy" is a trading strategy that utilizes Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicators from multiple timeframes to provide buy and sell signals. This strategy allows for extensive customization, supporting up to three distinct RSIs, each configurable with its own timeframe, length, and data source. HOW DOES IT WORK This strategy integrates up to three RSIs, each selectable from different timeframes and customizable in terms of length and source. Users have the flexibility to define the number of active RSIs. These selections visualize as plotted lines on the chart, enhancing interpretability. Users can also manage the moving average of the selected RSI lines. When multiple RSIs are active, the moving average is calculated based on these active lines' average value. The color intensity of the moving average line changes as it approaches predefined buying or selling thresholds, alerting users to potential signal generation. A buy or sell signal is generated when all active RSI lines simultaneously cross their respective threshold lines. Concurrently, a label will appear on the chart to signify the order placement. For those preferring not to display order information or activate the strategy, an "Enable backtest" option is provided in the settings for toggling activation. APPLICATION The strategy leverages multiple RSIs to detect extreme market conditions across various timeframes without the need for manual timeframe switching. This feature is invaluable for identifying divergences across timeframes, such as detecting potential short-term reversals within broader trends, thereby aiding traders in making better trading decisions and potentially avoiding losses. Spice In the chart photo is a description for each shape and letter, saying what each one is. BB, Reversals are off by default. BB + Reversals + Next bar confirmation - The way this should be used is by waiting for a 1 or 2 bar confirmation closed above/below the high/low of the Reversal candle. So if its a Top R, a yellow box will print as a confirmed 1 bar if it closed below the top R's low, then you can wait for the second bar to close also below the Top R's low. Vice versa with the Bot R. RSI arrows - Essentially showing you when the multi time frame RSIs are coming back up above 30, or below 70. Respective to what time frames you have selected. Three Line Strike - A trend continuation candlestick pattern consisting of four candles Leledc Exhaustion suggest the trend may be reversing. Combined with the moving average as a trend filter, the indicator can signal the end of a pull back and the continuation of the trend. EMAs - Help measuring the trend direction over a period of time. Open Interest RSI This indicator started as an experiment. It is an RSI which is not based on the price but on the open interest. It captures the momentum of the open interest in the same way as the RSI of the price. Rules Open Interest (OI): If the OI rises and the price rises = Bullish trend. If the OI falls and the price continues to rise = bearish reversal possible If the OI falls and the price continues to fall = Bullish reversal possible If the OI rises and the price falls = Bearish trend Since the OI RSI captures the momentum of the OI, it is recommended to include the price RSI for the analysis. In the picture are marked different examples which show extreme situations Example rose lines: The price RSI and the OI RSI form a bearish divergence to the price and run parallel = strong bearish signal. Example orange circles: Price Falling. The price RSI is in the oversold zone and the OI RSI is above 53 or in the best case in the overbought zone. = Strong bullish signal Example Blue circle: The price RSI and the OI RSI are running parallel downwards and the price is also falling = bearish momentum. Relative Strength Index w/ STARC Bands and Pivots This is an old script that I use with some useful RSI strategies from "Technical Analysis for the Trading Professional" 2nd edition by Constance Brown. The base RSI comes with the option for custom length, and has some pre-configured ranges for looking at exits and entrances. The idea is to be bullish when bounces happen in the red zone during an already bullish trend or when the indicator enters green without a rejection. Be bearish if the indicator falls through the red zone or fails to enter green during an already bearish trend. I have added the formulas used for creating STARC bands (just think fancier volatility bands) with adjustable tolerances. The idea is to look out for when the RSI touches one of the bands and reverses. This is usually indicative of a strong reversal (though the timing will be up to the trader). Best use this on shorter time frames during a volatile time of a stock's price action. Although a little messy, there is a small segment of the script which includes pivot points. I like to use these because they make indicating local highs/lows for finding divergences easier. Finally, I have added a couple of customizable EMAS for the RSI itself. Useful when combined with the other features!

Limited Fisher Transform what is Limited Fisher Transform? This indicator is a compressed version of the Fisher transform indicator between 100 and 0 values. what it does? It allows us to define overbought and oversold zones by compressing the values of the "fisher transform" indicator between 0 and 100. also these zones are the same for every timeframe and trading pair, just like RSI. how it does it? it use this formula: x = fisher transform values a = average how to use it? its use is indistinguishable from the standard fisher. You can use it to set alarms for overbought and oversold zones. so you will be notified when a possible opportunity arises in the market.

DRM Strategy One of the ways I go when I develop strategies is by reducing the number of parameters and removing fixed parameters and levels. In this strategy, I'm trying to create an RSI indicator with a dynamic length. Length is computed based on the correlation between Price and its momentum. You can set min and max values for the RSI, and if the correlation is close to 1, we'll be at a min RSI value. When it's -1, we'll be at the max level. I got this idea from Sofien Kaabar's book. The strategy is super simple, and there might be much room for improvement. Performance on the deep backtesting is not excellent, so I think the strategy needs some filters for regimes, etc. Thanks to @MUQWISHI for helping me code it.
