Short term short, med. local high long1D Oscillator looking tired, approaching weak cloud, bearish TK and trailing price about to enter price. Unless spike to get above cloud recross soon i see a retrace to 0.382 or perhaps lower trend line before reversal to test local high.
Also dependent on potential BTC mewn or dewm as per.
Decred above solid support chance to go higher This Idea is related to the previous one which is linked.
Pair managed to go above psychological level and established nice support there ( doji candle marked with orange tick). I placed on the chart trend line (red) and brown where pair will find strong resistance. In My opinion next level is 0.01776000 and then probably 0.020000.
200 Ema should help ascend. There is still a small chance that the pair will go beyond the psychological level 10k just to go back on track.

Significant Bullish Engulfing with PullBack Above the Broken Trend Line are Bullish Signs But Needs Daily Close for the Confirmation, if Daily Closes Above the Trend Line it Will Go Up At least in Short Term,
Otherwise it will fall to the Lower Red Line.

Decred important level to watchJudging by the look of the chart it seems like that Decred had its moment. This is what I thought when price of BTC was 30 dollars and then it moved to over 100. I don't really know what moved price of the DCR so high. It is still probable that it will move higher but from my experience there is more chance that it will move south.
GAP( two black parallel lines) consolidated with psychological level at 0.0100000 level. This area should create strong support/resistance which in my opinion will most likely stop further gains and it will push pair south towards .05000 or even 0.03000 area.
It is possible that pair will move above that level and then will established strong support which will sustain further gains.
