LEN - broke major supportEntered short at 88 with initial stop loss @ 92.50. Near term target of 81.50 (38.2% fib retracemnt of the major trend up from Mar 2020's covid low to it's top in Nov 2021. Pull Back Fishing Earnings 9-20 AMCEarnings are 9-20 After market closes. Possible Bullish bat if price does not go much lower than the .886 fib level. A little bit is okay, but over a buck or so can turn this in to a different pattern like a double bottom etc. So if price goes much lower than 95.85, then a double bottom would be approximately 94ish, so not a huge difference. This is a guess. Sometimes that is the best we can do as the future is an unknown variable. Trading close to earnings is risky. I like the stock, and I think they will beat the numbers. It is the reaction to the numbers that count though. No recommendation. This was trading in a cup and handle pattern that was corrupted )o: The handle low has gone too far past mid cup at this point.
