PROMPT/USDTKey Level Zone: 0.1580 - 0.1630
LMT v2.0 detected.
The setup looks promising—price previously trended upward with rising volume and momentum, then retested this zone cleanly. This presents an excellent reward-to-risk opportunity if momentum continues to align.
Introducing LMT (Levels & Momentum Trading)
- Over the past 3 years, I’ve refined my approach to focus more sharply on the single most important element in any trade: the KEY LEVEL.
- While HMT (High Momentum Trading) served me well—combining trend, momentum, volume, and structure across multiple timeframes—I realized that consistently identifying and respecting these critical price zones is what truly separates good trades from great ones.
- That insight led to the evolution of HMT into LMT – Levels & Momentum Trading.
Why the Change? (From HMT to LMT)
Switching from High Momentum Trading (HMT) to Levels & Momentum Trading (LMT) improves precision, risk control, and confidence by:
- Clearer Entries & Stops: Defined key levels make it easier to plan entries, stop-losses, and position sizing—no more guesswork.
- Better Signal Quality: Momentum is now always checked against a support or resistance zone—if it aligns, it's a stronger setup.
- Improved Reward-to-Risk: All trades are anchored to key levels, making it easier to calculate and manage risk effectively.
- Stronger Confidence: With clear invalidation points beyond key levels, it's easier to trust the plan and stay disciplined—even in tough markets.
Whenever I share a signal, it’s because:
- A high‐probability key level has been identified on a higher timeframe.
- Lower‐timeframe momentum, market structure and volume suggest continuation or reversal is imminent.
- The reward‐to‐risk (based on that key level) meets my criteria for a disciplined entry.
***Please note that conducting a comprehensive analysis on a single timeframe chart can be quite challenging and sometimes confusing. I appreciate your understanding of the effort involved.
Important Note: The Role of Key Levels
- Holding a key level zone: If price respects the key level zone, momentum often carries the trend in the expected direction. That’s when we look to enter, with stop-loss placed just beyond the zone with some buffer.
- Breaking a key level zone: A definitive break signals a potential stop‐out for trend traders. For reversal traders, it’s a cue to consider switching direction—price often retests broken zones as new support or resistance.
My Trading Rules (Unchanged)
Risk Management
- Maximum risk per trade: 2.5%
- Leverage: 5x
Exit Strategy / Profit Taking
- Sell at least 70% on the 3rd wave up (LTF Wave 5).
- Typically sell 50% during a high‐volume spike.
- Move stop‐loss to breakeven once the trade achieves a 1.5:1 R:R.
- Exit at breakeven if momentum fades or divergence appears.
The market is highly dynamic and constantly changing. LMT signals and target profit (TP) levels are based on the current price and movement, but market conditions can shift instantly, so it is crucial to remain adaptable and follow the market's movement.

$PROMPT’s Bullish Divergence on 4H Chart Signals Potential UpsidOn the 4-hour chart, $PROMPT at $0.299 is showing a bullish divergence on the RSI, where the price has made lower lows, but the RSI has formed higher lows. This suggests weakening bearish momentum and a potential reversal. The price is currently testing the 50-period exponential moving average (EMA) at $0.30, which has acted as dynamic resistance in recent sessions. A breakout above this level could push $PROMPT toward the next resistance at $0.34, aligning with the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level from the recent high of $0.40 to the low of $0.25. On-chain data (hypothetical) indicates increased wallet activity, supporting the case for accumulation. However, the Bollinger Bands are tightening, signaling a potential volatility spike. Traders should monitor for a breakout above $0.305 with strong volume to confirm the bullish setup. Conversely, a rejection at $0.30 could see $PROMPT retest $0.28. Set stop-losses below $0.28 for long positions to manage downside risk.
$PROMPT Nearing Key Support Zone at $0.28-$0.29 – Potential ReveThe $PROMPT token, currently trading at $0.299, is approaching a critical support zone between $0.28 and $0.29, as observed on the daily chart. This level has held as support multiple times over the past three months, coinciding with the 200-day moving average (MA), which adds confluence to this zone. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 42, indicating neither overbought nor oversold conditions but leaning toward oversold territory. Volume analysis shows a slight uptick in buying pressure near this level, suggesting accumulation by larger players. However, the MACD remains bearish, with the signal line below the MACD line, hinting at continued downward momentum. A bounce from this support could target the next resistance at $0.35, a 17% upside, while a break below $0.28 may lead to a drop toward $0.25. Traders should watch for a daily close above $0.30 with increased volume to confirm bullish momentum or a break below $0.28 for a bearish setup. Risk management is key, as volatility in low-cap tokens like $PROMPT can be high.
PROMPT is still bullish (30M)This is a newly launched cryptocurrency, and it’s crucial to apply proper risk management due to its high volatility.
Currently, the coin is showing a bullish market structure, maintaining consistent higher lows, which indicates ongoing buying pressure. We've identified a demand zone labeled as a Spike Kink area, which serves as a strategic rebuy opportunity.
There’s a possibility of forming a new all-time high (ATH) if the bullish momentum continues. All price targets are clearly marked on the chart for easy reference.
Note: If a 1-hour candle closes below the defined invalidation level, this setup will be considered invalid, and a shift in market structure should be expected.
For risk management, please don't forget stop loss and capital management
