This is exactly what the judge is saying: once a final judgment is issued by the court, it becomes part of the public record and carries legal weight. Ripple and the SEC can’t just agree in private to disregard it. If they want it gone, they need to either drop their appeals and let it stand, or go through the proper legal channels to challenge it. Until then, the judgment holds.
